Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) policy

**Last Updated:** June 9, 2026

Enclavd (the "App") maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse, exploitation, and endangerment. We are fully committed to providing a safe environment for all users and ensuring our platform remains free of illegal and harmful content.

    1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or material related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:

    • The creation, sharing, hosting, or transmission of CSAM (including photos, videos, or computer-generated/AI imagery depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct).
    • Grooming behaviors, sextortion, or trafficking of minors.
    • Any behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children

2. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Users have access to a report mechanism within the App to report any suspected child safety violations or abusive content. To submit a report, navigate to user menu -> report an issue inside the application, or access this page directly here (You must be logged into your account). All reports are treated with the highest priority.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

If we become aware of any CSAE content or behavior, we will immediately:

  • Remove the offending content.
  • Terminate the responsible user account.

4. Reporting to Authorities

As required by law, any confirmed instances of CSAM will be reported directly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
